The House Kee started for us as a second vacation home in Florida. Once we decided to rent it as a short-term vacation rental, we never looked back. We've had tremendous success with our Florida rental and love hospitality so much, we decided to help other homeowners create stellar experiences for their guests through our property design and management services.

We currently serve the Sarasota-Bradenton-Palmetto area on Florida's Gulf Coast, Haines City, Florida as well as Ocean City, Maryland and Annapolis, Maryland. We're also interested in expanding into new markets, so if you'd like to work with us elsewhere, drop us a line!
