Welcome to our Annapolis cottage on Archwood Avenue — a classic, light-filled home with hardwood floors, built-in glass cabinets, and arched doorways that give it real Annapolis character, paired with the comforts you actually want for Commissioning Week. We sit directly across the street from Spa Creek, with peekaboo water views from the primary bedroom and dining room, and a shared dock right across the street where our paddleboards are yours to use.
• Downstairs: two queen bedrooms, a private office with a futon (a fifth sleeping space for a couple or a kid), and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
• Upstairs: a king primary bedroom with the creek view and a spacious kids' room with two twin beds, sharing a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
• A fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining TV room to unwind after graduation events.
• Out back: private driveway parking for 3 cars, a grill, an outdoor shower, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, and plenty of grass. (The yard isn't fenced.) Free street parking for overflow cars.
• Out front: a covered porch for morning coffee.
About 1 mile from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, and 0.6 miles from the shops and restaurants of historic West Street — close enough to walk, but quiet and residential at the end of the day.
Please note: no pets, no parties. There are a few steps to the front and back doors. We'll follow up with a short online registration once you book.
