From sign-up to send-off, here's what to expect when you list your home with The House Kee for Commissioning Week.
Create your account, then choose the membership that fits your plans: pay month-to-month, or pay up front for one year.
Check a few boxes about your property's features and policies, then write a description that helps renters picture their stay.
You'll also need great photos — we recommend at least 2 pictures per room (don't forget the outside of the house, too). If you're planning to list for multiple years, professional photography is a smart investment.
Once your listing is live, interested renters will reach out to you directly. From there, you'll arrange your own payment process and rental agreement. We can provide a sample template to help you get started, but we're not lawyers — so please do your own due diligence.
