Tucked into a quieter part of Ocean City near Fenwick Island, this comfortable condo offers an easygoing place to unwind after a day at the beach. You’re just 0.7 miles away (about a 16-minute walk), with convenient access to local favorites like Harpoon Hanna’s and other nearby dining spots.
The main living area is set up for relaxing, with a large leather sectional and an easy chair arranged around a TV with Roku—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The adjoining kitchen is stocked with plenty of basics for preparing simple meals, and the layout makes it easy to stay connected with your group while cooking or hanging out.
Dining options include seating for four at the kitchen island, plus a small table for two that works well for meals, morning coffee, or even a bit of remote work. Whether you’re starting your day or winding down, the space is functional and comfortable.
The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds and is located near the hall bathroom, which includes a convenient tub-shower combo. The primary suite offers a queen bed, its own Roku TV, and direct access to a private deck—an ideal spot to step outside and enjoy some fresh air.
With two full bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a location in a quieter section of Ocean City, this condo makes a practical and comfortable home base for your beach getaway.
Note that this condo is on the third floor (two flights of stairs are required to access). There is not an elevator.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
