This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom retreat offers stunning views from every room.
Inside, the two-story living room features comfortable seating and expansive windows overlooking both the Chesapeake Bay and Lake Charming, creating a bright, open space to relax and gather.
The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the main-level screened-in deck offers a perfect spot for dining or unwinding with lounge seating and fresh bay breezes.
A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.
The primary suite is located on the first floor and offers beautiful Bay views, direct access to the covered screened-in deck, room-darkening curtains, and a private ensuite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—both with access to a covered (non-screened) deck featuring cozy egg chairs and lounge furniture. One bedroom includes a queen bed, room-darkening curtains, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second, larger bedroom is perfect for groups or families, featuring three built-in bunk beds (6 twin beds), room-darkening curtains, and a private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
The outdoor spaces truly set this home apart. The ground-level covered area is fully equipped for entertaining, with mechanical screens that can be raised or lowered to enhance comfort and views. This space includes a full outdoor kitchen with a sink, two refrigerators, ice maker, grill, bar with barstools, two TVs, multiple seating areas including sun loungers and club chairs, and a half bath accessible from outside or inside. Guests have access to a laundry room.
Step out to your private sandy beach, where the water remains shallow for up to 50 yards—perfect for wading, floating, and relaxing (note: jellyfish may be present in mid-to-late summer). Guests can enjoy the provided inflatable boat, along with a variety of beach toys and games for all ages.
